Hazard Interactive has been designed  for proactive hazard assessments and for documenting existing controls and new treatments (actions) to manage the likelihood or the consequence of an event. It may include compliance functionality.

Also includes an Incident Register to record incidents (events) that may have affected employees and to record causes and take remedial action.
